It depends on the garment and how permanent the attachment needs to be. Sew-on is the most durable for any garment  it cannot detach unless the thread is cut. Iron-on heat-seal is the easiest no-sew option for cotton and polyester fabrics with flat surfaces. Velcro hook-and-loop is correct for tactical gear, bags, and any application where you want to swap patches without damaging the base material. Yes. We match thread to Pantone references across 200+ color options. When you submit your artwork, specify the Pantone codes for your brand colors and we select the closest available thread match. The proof you receive shows the exact thread color codes selected  you approve the match before production begins. If the closest thread match is not accurate enough, we flag it and suggest alternatives rather than guessing and sending a wrong-color order.

Yes  this is one of the most common requests we receive. Send a clear photo of the original emblem and our art team redraws it as a clean vector file, and then digitizes it for production. We match thread colors as closely as possible and deliver a proof for approval before anything is stitched. If you need only the stitch file for a different production facility, standalone embroidery digitizing is available separately with fast turnaround and unlimited revisions.
